What this site is. Jistory is a free, non-commercial educational index of historical events of
persecution of Jews, compiled from published sources. It is run by an individual volunteer.
Accuracy. Entries are short summaries. Many were drafted with AI assistance and have not been
individually reviewed (see How entries are made).
Dates, places and figures are often disputed in the sources and may contain errors. Each entry links to its
sources, which take precedence over our summary. Do not rely on Jistory as your only source.
